Eric Wentworth serves as the Director of Operations for BSR Properties and Faircroft Communities since 2021. In this role, he plays a crucial part in overseeing and coordinating the day-to-day operations of the organization, including land development, new home construction, and property management. With over 25 years of experience in the new home industry, including leadership positions and building luxury homes, Eric's diverse background equips him for success in his current role. He values small-town living and understands the significance of community due to his upbringing in a small town in central Kansas, as well as his experience living in the fast-paced city lifestyle of Houston. Eric's effective communication and collaboration skills contribute to the success of each project, making him an integral part of the leadership team
